Heritage Foundation is a charitable Public Trust, registered under the India Trust Act, 1882 and is dedicated to the ideals of socio-economic, cultural and spiritual emancipation of the tribal communities of the North-Eastern region of our motherland.

The Heritage Foundation also runs a publication wing under the banner of Heritage Publication and is dedicated to the objective of publication of Books and journals on tribal traditions, cultures and heritages in local languages and dialects.

We take great pride in informing your honour that Heritage Publication has so far published more than 126 books in Assamese, Bengali, English and various tribal languages of North East with special emphasis on Tradition, Culture, Spiritual beliefs and heritage of the tribal communities of North East India. Launched in April 2002, ‘Heritage Explorer’– our monthly English language magazine enjoys a handsome readership across the country as a registered newspaper bearing RNI registration number ASSENG/2002/06981 and ISSN No: 2581-9313.

Presently we are circulating 5000 copies of it in all the NE states including Sikkim. Our Assamese language magazine ‘OITIHYA BARTA’ is also registered with RNI under No. ASSASS/2017/74012 and ISSN number 2581-317X, and is equally popular and enjoys a considerably large readership.

Apart from this, Heritage Foundation has been organizing various seminars & workshops.
